Working Instructors

Mitchell is a character animator with industry experience in both game cinematic and feature animation. After early experience at Sony Imageworks on "Smurfs: The Lost Village", Mitchell graduated from School of Visual Arts and went right to Blue Sky Studios, starting as an intern to becoming a full fledged animator. While there, he animated on "Spies in Disguise" and other preproduction projects. Post closure, Mitchell went on to animate on "Overwatch 2" and "World of Warcraft" at Blizzard Cinematics, and "Strange World" and “Wish” at Walt Disney Animation Studios. His passion for animation is rooted both in the technical and creative problem solving aspects of the craft, and hopes to share with everyone all the methods he's picked up along the way.
