Justina Hnatowicz is a CG Generalist and Technical Artist currently working with Netflix, where she collaborates with research scientists and engineers to develop advanced CG production pipeline tools. Previously, she worked as a Previs Modeler and Art Modeler at Netflix Animation, contributing to projects such as Ultraman: Rising and Charlie & The Chocolate Factory. Justina got her start at Sony Pictures Animation as a 3D Visual Development Artist in 2019, where she designed highly stylized sets for The Boondocks and Ghostbusters. She loves mentoring artists at the beginning of their careers, helping them grow and find their creative voice. No matter how many different roles she takes on, her true passion always draws her back to 3D modeling—the craft that sparked her love for the industry in the first place.
