Phillip Hall is a freelance Senior Animator with experience spanning nearly 20 years across animated films, VFX, games, and television production. He has worked at Blue Sky Studios, Rhythm and Hues, Dr. D Studios in Sydney, Sony Imageworks, Deck Nine Games and most recently, Swaybox Studios and RodeoFX to name a few. Phillip's current gig is animating on Fortnite. In addition, Phillip has spent many years teaching character animation at the university level as a professor, sharing his expertise and nurturing aspiring animators. One of the most fulfilling aspects of Phillip’s career is witnessing the growth of his students as they progress from beginners to accomplished industry professionals, many of whom have secured jobs right out of school at studios like Pixar, Disney, ILM, and Illumination Entertainment, among others.
